By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully, as they outline the rules and policies governing your use of Central Dropshipping.


Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration Fee: Dropshippers are required to pay a one-time registration fee, which is non-refundable. This fee covers account setup and access to the platform’s features and services.
  2. Central Dropshipping is authorized to process and dispatch orders on behalf of dropshippers based on the instructions provided during order placement.
  3. The platform will not contact consignees directly unless explicitly requested by the dropshipper or if urgent issues require intervention.
  4. Central Dropshipping reserves the right to deactivate or terminate the account of any dropshipper who fails to provide satisfactory customer support or respond promptly to queries from Central Dropshipping staff.
  5. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment policy available on the Central Dropshipping website. These policies are subject to updates and changes.
  6. While Central Dropshipping strives to fulfill all orders efficiently, a 100% delivery guarantee cannot be assured due to factors beyond the platform’s control.
  7. The platform will not be held accountable for any financial losses incurred by the dropshipper. Profitability is the sole responsibility of the dropshipper.
  8. Central Dropshipping reserves the right to terminate an account at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  9. Any dropshipper using inappropriate or abusive language, or engaging in unethical behavior, will face immediate account suspension or termination.
  10. Tracking details for shipments will be provided; however, manual updates for every tracking request are not guaranteed. Dropshippers are advised to monitor their shipments actively.
  11. Dropshippers must report any unreasonable delays in delivery to the support team promptly to ensure timely resolution.

Account and Business Information

  1. Dropshippers are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration and for maintaining up-to-date details in their profiles. False information or unethical practices may result in account suspension or legal action.
  2. It is the responsibility of dropshippers to keep their account credentials confidential. Any misuse due to negligence will be the responsibility of the dropshipper.
  3. Every dropshipper must ensure that their business complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to e-commerce and dropshipping.
  4. Any activity that damages the reputation or interferes with the operations of Central Dropshipping will lead to immediate account deactivation.

Complaints, Payments, and Refunds

  1. Complaints and refund requests must be submitted via Support system on the Central Dropshipping platform. Complaints submitted through unofficial channels like WhatsApp will not be addressed.
  2. Any public criticism of the platform without following the proper complaint procedures will result in account suspension.
  3. Payment disputes must be raised within 60 days of order placement or 15 days of invoice generation, whichever is sooner. Late claims will not be entertained.
  4. Profits and payments will be handled transparently according to the established payment cycles and policies.

Product Handling and Returns

  1. Dropshippers are encouraged to test product samples before offering them to customers to ensure quality and compliance with relevant laws.
  2. In case of a product recall or similar issue, dropshippers are responsible for handling customer concerns, with reasonable assistance provided by Central Dropshipping.
  3. Returns will be processed based on the platform’s return policy, and dropshippers must provide all necessary information to facilitate the process.

Platform Policies

  1. Central Dropshipping reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Dropshippers are responsible for staying informed of such changes.
  2. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
  3. This agreement represents the complete understanding between the dropshipper and Central Dropshipping, superseding any prior agreements.

Privacy and Data Protection

  1. Central Dropshipping is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its users. Personal and business information will not be shared with third parties without the express consent of the dropshipper, except as required by law.
