Return and Refund Policy

What if the customer receives an incorrect, broken, or damaged item?

Policy:
If a customer receives an incorrect, broken, or damaged item, Central Dropshipping will arrange for an exchange or replacement. However, the claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery through our Support and Refund System available on your dashboard.


Necessary Proof & Timeline:

  1. Video Proof Required:
    • When filing a complaint, the dropshipper must provide video proof from the customer clearly showing or explaining the issue with the item.
    • Verbal claims or insufficient evidence will not be accepted.
  2. Timeline for Filing Claims:
    • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the parcel’s delivery. Complaints filed after this timeframe will not be entertained.

Note:

In cases of a change of mind or if the customer is dissatisfied with the product, Central Dropshipping will assist as a resource, but all related expenses will be borne by the dropshipper. Each request will be assessed individually based on the situation.
